Years at this apartment: 1980 - 2003
 
Well maintained. Secure building. Maintenance man on duty. Quiet.

Building approx 35 years old -- heating, plumbing and electrical reflect this.

Much nicer than nearby apartment complexes but area is declining.

Safety - Moderate.

Parking area needs extensive resurfacing.
