 Well maintained. Secure building. Maintenance man on duty. Quiet. Building approx 35 years old -- heating, plumbing and electrical reflect this. Much nicer than nearby apartment complexes but area is declining. Safety - Moderate. Parking area ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
