My husband and I have lived here for nearly a year and are pretty sure we will be moving when our lease is up.

Pros:
Ammenities are very nice. Pool, tennis courts, volleyball, billiard tables, fireplace, fitness center, tanning bed.

Rent is pretty reasonable for proximity to Hartford, but will be increasing soon.

Proximity and access to every highway is great. Right near the interstate but the sound barriers keep it quiet.

Apartments themselves are spacious and nice.

Maintenance is quick and flexible.

Cons:
When it snows, plow company waits for it to stop to plow. All winter long I had to drive in six inches of show, walk to my car through the snow, etc. I called management several times about this but they only responded that the company would get there soon.

Residents are far from classy and courteous. Kids next door wrestle all day long. Stuff has actually fallen from my shelf and broken. People have no issues with parking in handicapped spots, throwing garbage on the ground, etc. Very few respectful and courteous people living there.

Its really hit or miss. I think that if I had lived next to more decent people, I would have enjoyed my stay more. But I can't stand the rumbling!!
