This was the most stinking place I ever lived.. and yet, with the maximum rent. The heating and ventilation are pathetic. On top of all that, there is absolutely no security.. My car theft alarm was raised 7 times in 1 year. There were instances of my letters/boxes being moved/destroyed by kids.

Another problem was a large number of people from india, they are not friendly and I never saw courtesy. They crowd all places, pool, tennis court, corridors and even copier room.

Only plus here are, vicinity to Hartford, shopping centre and community college. However, if you are a young woman, plese keep away.
