Incompetent Magagement

I originally signed a 22-month lease. I was late on a payment in my 13th month. Within a week or so, I was notified that my lease had, in fact, expired after 12 months and that I needed to leave. I left and a few months later, received a bill for over $2000 since I failed to notify them when I broke my lease.
The apartment was okay, but way too expensive and management was horrible. If they were more competent, they might have realized that my lease had not expired. Parking wasn't that great. I was assigned one side of a garage. There were two constant problems. The first one was the fact that my garage-mate kept giving my spot to guests. The second problem is, when we could use the garage, I'd often find myself unable to retrieve my car since moving trucks were often parked in front of my garage door.
This apartment was not worth the price or any of the hassle. Look somewhere else.

They did the same thing to me. I gave two months notice then I got a bill for 1315.00 saying I was evicted and never paid rent. I'm in a dispute with them right now.
