I have had a number of issues with the Woodcliff Estatees apartment complex. The issues range from having dificulty getting maintance to arrive to fix water pouring from the ceiling into the kitchen (took 2 days for response)to a flooding dishwasher which maintance claim was fixed on 3 different occasions. The most recent and persistant problem is parking. I am a resident of a one bedroom apartment and can never find parking in the evening. I have been towed now twice due to lack of parking. The management office has been avoiding this issue with me in the form of not returning phone calls and avoiding arranging a meeting between the head of housing and myself. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who owns their own car.
