I was supposed to move to an apartment in Woodcliff on July 31st. This was agreed upon 1 month back. When I called them to book an appointment to sign lease, they are telling me that I will get the aprtment only on Aug 15th. Messed up all my plans. So guys get a proof on the dates they have mentioned. You cannot trust these guys. There was an agent Kathy, she was nice. She too had agreed that they had commited to a July 31st review, but when I spoke to her in the evening she had completely changed her statement .. be careful .. if this is the response i am getting before moving into a place I cannot imagine how it would be once we are there ..

This is the worst place, heavy elec bills,millions of rules just for tenants, but they don't follow them. they descriminate people a lot based on the color,nationality etc....... people have no respect on the tenants, very rude, very bad. No safety, no security..... You don't know who is goint to mug you and when.... pray the god all the time... they have increased the rent like anyhting, it was 780 in 2004 for a 2 bed, now its 980-100 ....but no improvemenr in facilities......please find some place else and stay safe with mental peace.
