This is the worst place, heavy elec bills,millions of rules just for tenants, but they don't follow them.
they descriminate people a lot based on the color,nationality etc.......
people have no respect on the tenants, very rude, very bad. No safety, no security.....
You don't know who is goint to mug you and when.... pray the god all the time...
they have increased the rent like anyhting, it was 780 in 2004 for a 2 bed, now its 980-100 ....but no improvemenr in facilities......please find some place else and stay safe with mental peace.
