We had reported a problem about bugs on 29th July for Building 130, apartment no 220 through Woodcliff emergency no when we had found unusual bugs in our bedding and the person who had visited us informed that the very next morning (Monday 30th July) he would make the leasing office people aware of this, but they weren t aware of it until we had called them up and spoke about it. They had informed us that they would take immediate action and we found that they had sent across some people to place some glue material in our apartment which would attract bugs on if there are any. We were expecting them to take to the lab for testing the very next day (31st July) so when we called them up to inquire the status on it we were informed that the glue stick should be left on for more than 48 hours and then only it would be possible for them to analyze the bugs. And finally it was on Thursday (2nd August) when they took over the glue sticking paper and in addition to that they had sprayed some solution terming it to be a temporary solution for the bugs in our carpet floor. Since the time we had found the bugs we have been living in this apartment in a very difficult manner we had to throw away all our bedding stuff and had to purchase new ones and vacuum the carpets on a daily basis and we had to secure our clothing s in polythene bags and we are trying to be careful in every manner we could. We had requested the leasing office to at least provide us with a temporary apartment within Woodcliff until further action would be taken towards the apartment but they had intimated us that Woodcliff never offers solution like offering another apartment during the period of emergency too and they were consistently told us that the following week the pest control team would be working on it and they would provide us with the check list in order to take care of our belongings during the pest control process. This week on Wednesday(8th august) when we enquired the leasing office on the status of this they told us that it would be next week (Thursday) when the pest control team would take any action with our apartment in spite of us asking this as a favor. But to our surprise they had left behind a message for us the very evening(8 th august) stating that there would be an extermination process the next day(9th augut) at our place and we have to prepare our apartment for it.There were so many pre requisites they had given us for eg they wanted us to remove all clutters, boxes , vacuum the floors and seal away all clothings .We had to spend the entire evening for getting set up with all these process inspite of our heavy work schedules expecting a bug free house for the next day. But today(9th august) when we reached our house in the evening to our despair we found our apartment in the same state as we had left it in the morning there was not a single clue about any extermination process that could have happened, because there was not even a single notice about it. They have been playing around with us for almost 1 and half weeks now without offering any solution. If the taragon management does not take responsibility to handle this emergency call then it is better that we are allowed to leave the apartment without breaking the lease.Since this is really an emergency scenario for us, we are suffering from some health conditions because of this problem and no resolution was addressed by Woodcliff Estate. We have no other solution left except leaving woodcliff estates to get out of Mental and Physical Pain we have been bearing since the said period.
If any one of you have any suggestions or solutions to this problem or if you have faced something like this previously, kindly drop us an email.

I also live in wood cliff and they also made us clean everything out of our cabinets . It was a pain and took some time to remove everything. I also had to bring my dog to my mothers house because I did not want my dog near any type of chemicals. The bug problem is just gross, If I was you I would sue the bastards..
