This is one of the worst maintained apartments.Heating and Water is not included in the Rent and which will cost more during winter. Apartment outside is maintained very bad, nothing cleaned.

I got a big shock when I visited this apartment by seeing the building and maintenance outside.

If you don't have a car then you can think about this place, you have near by grocery shops and a bus stop to commute to downtown.
