i m residing in woddcliff since last 10 months...its been an unpleasant experience.

the apartments are old and ugly , corridors are smelly, give the look of a mental asylum with zero ventilation.

heating systems are inefficient with huge cost during winters ($300 per month), ofcourse rent doesn't cover it.

Maintenance is very poor, they took 2 weeks to fix my AC and and after few days its broken again..called their "emergency service" number..its dead hole..nobody answers it outside office hours

the only recreation centre is closed on weekend...exactly when you need it.

I'm shocked you had this experience. This is not what living there is like. My apartment is very nice and clean, the hallway's are taken care off and I never had any problem with their emergency number when I needed it. The recreation center is open saturdays and the pool is open 7 days a week til 8pm. Oh, by the way the thermostats are programable to make it easier on your electric bill. If you still think that $300 a month is high, try oil heat, yu'll pay about double.

Again this definitely is the management staff. It shows a lot about you and the ways you take time out of busy schedules to answer to these accusations. Put your money where your mouth is and fix the problems that honest people are encountering.
