We lived here for just under a year. We had a neighbor that was a loud obnoxious prick and management wouldnt budge to do anything about it. The place is electric heat and we were not informed of this when we moved in (in fact was told "I believe its gas"). The laundry facilities are run by Mac Gray and the machines are constantly out of commission and the main building is locked on weekends. We did our laundry at a pulic 'mat in town. There was a murder in the building next to ours and the locks on the outside doors to our building are broken. We found out that the drug dealer that lives in the building keeps it that way for his clients (which by the way management knows him very well). They maintenance man showed up at my apt at 4 pm (called him at 10pm the night before and then called the management in the am) smelling like the inside of a gin bottle. My husbands car was broken into TWICE! We moved out without renewing our lease and they put in our payment record that we owed them $1800 in back rent (we paid every last dime and gave 30 days notice when we moved).

You are a ------- idiot. Where was this bad review while you lived here? Where was this bad perception when you moved in?? Why did you move in if you didn't like it so much?? I did some looking into this murder and it happened in 2001. It was between a husband and wife. Where are the drug dealers??? Are you smoking crack and just imagining things?? Here's a thought, whereever you are today, you probably have a drug dealer or two living down the street. There is probably a meth lab right next door to you. Your kids are probably doing drugs. You are ignorant. Happy to know that you are no longer my neighbor.
