We are staying in the apartment for the past 10 months...
they warned us that we are creating loud noise..

we told them we didn't do that..but they didn't accept it..
because they are discriminating people based on color and country..

anybody pls tell us how to sue this management..

Friend, I am very experienced with apartment discrimination lawsuits. Let me inform you of how to go about the process. First you must visit the local DMV office. When you get to the counter tell them you need to do a registration. This is very important because without a proper DMV registration, you can't file apartment lawsuit claims. After this is completed you will have to obtain an attorney. I feel the best way to find a good attorney is to go to New York City. I recommend taking Amtrak's Acela Express train to the city as it is very fast. Did you know that it travels an average speed of 86 mph, and a top speed of 150 mph!? Anyway, once you get off the train at Penn Station, you can run across the street to Madison Square Garden. At the desk, ask to speak with Patrick Ewing. He is in charge of lawyer distribution and can assist you. He's had 2,215 career assists. Once you are assigned the correct lawyer, you will begin the court process. The good news is, if you do the process correctly, you have a very good chance of winning your case and getting a free apartment for 5 years! Good luck, I'm sure you will win!

Uhh...I think the person who first replied was SARCASTIC...you idiot.... You can TRY to sue, but you will only pay a lot of money for no outcome. Discrimination is VERY VERY hard to prove. You would need several (about 4 or 5) key eye witnesses (who are not friends or family) that have witnessed (through vision..NOT he said, she said) this discrimination. Maybe you really don't know you are being loud....
