the apartments are old and ugly , corridors are smelly, give the look of a mental asylum with zero ventilation.

I have complained about my noisy neighbors numerous times.. they write on the walls and leave garbage in the hallway, they smoke in the hallways and the apartment halls always smell old and moldy.. the window screens are torn and the bathroom tub leaks.. I will not be renewing my lease here

Rent Personally never had issues with the management. There were good so far and did response to all queries professionally. Only thing I would like to highlight is the increase of rent which I feel is unjustified.
