Management is not responsive to complaints of noisy tanants.

Noisy neighbors. Noisy cars with modified exhaust frequently roam around the carpark after midnight. Inconsiderate tenants, often have objects fallen on patio as a result of people throwing stuff up to their friends on 3rd floor. Floor insulation is poor. Can feel bass of music from floor beneath. Occassional parties way past midnight with drunk people shouting and jumping. Management did not take sufficient actions to curb the noise issue but rather give repeated warning even when inconsiderate neighbors repeatedly ignore the warnings. Also, management is reluctant to negotiate for alternatives for tenants who are being disturbed by the rowdy neighbors.
