	Some of the tenats sell drugs. They don't clean very well. Someone tries to break in all the time. People drive through the parking lot at all hours of the night screeching tires and blaring music. Would not recommend living ... more

	Very noisy not worth the money they charge. Also cars get brken into allot land lord does nothing for more security measures. The manager Jean was very rude. Please take it from me do not rent here bad choice.

	Noisy neighbors. Noisy cars with modified exhaust frequently roam around the carpark after midnight. Inconsiderate tenants, often have objects fallen on patio as a result of people throwing stuff up to their friends on 3rd floor. Floor insulation is poor. ... more
