We lived here for a year and couldn't wait until our lease was up. The apartments are small and the management is horrible. It took them to weeks to change a light bulb in the hallway. There was a 2 in. crack in our bathroom wall where you could see into the kitchen which after many tries to get a hold of someone to fix it all they did was look at it. Anybody is let into this place without any background checks so there is a lot of drug activity here and people do honk their horns at all hours of the day. There are barely any lights in the parking lot so cars get broken into all the time. Our car did. There's always police officers and fire engines here. We've seen the police raid apartments before. It's noisy and you always hear the latino's yelling at each other and their 5 kids in a one bedroom apartment. There is supposed to be set hours for management but they are never there. There is no set price for rent either it seems everybody pays different rent for the same apartment. Don't move here look elsewhere.
