The management is horrible. There are a lot of drug addicts who leave there. People argue in the parking lot. All they do is collect your rent. It takes months to get any repairs. It took me 4 weeks to get an air condidioner in the summer in the begining of the heat wave.
Do not move here. Joseph the owner does nothing, and they lie to move you in. A staff member of the property who lived in one of the apartments died of a drug overdose. It was horrible.
There are good people living there, but the management is horrible. We paid $750 others with the same apartment paid $700. They are con-artist. I tried getting out of my lease at least 5 times. I can not wait to move.

I rent from Levitin on another property.
I've had a hot water leak for 2 years, costing me hundreds a month in gas/heat bills. I've been asking them to fix it for, you guessed it, 2 years. Nothing gets fixed.
Like the first reviewer wrote, all they care about is collecting your money. I know someone who used to work for them. She said they never, ever paid back a deposit, either, without first being dragged into court, and tried to invent damages that never occurred (or blame the tenant for issues pre-existing when the tenant moved in) for an excuse to keep the money.
I know of one other family that rents from them. Same story.
They get ticketed for not removing snow every winter, too.
No responsibility on the part of mgmt.

I agree with the reviewers. I stayed one of their apartment complex. My stay was worse than horrible. Very important, they never return your security deposit. I lost more than one thousand dollars as my security deposit. They did the same thing to one of my neighbor who was living there. Beware of Joseph Levitin. He is just a fraud.

yes, please be careful. i moved into an apartment 2 months ago and now live with mice, bedbugs, mold, NO KEY TO THE APT YET, and no heat. they refuse to do anything about it. i call them 6 times a day.

I currently rent from them for $700.00 a month. Only take there apartments if you are in an almost homeless position! (which was my case) I have mice, ants, termites, spiders, needless to say the reviews are accurate. Our backyard looks as amazing as it does now due to months and hundreds of dollars spent by my husband (they wouldn't contribute a dime). Stay away unless you are ready to become Mr. (or Ms.) Fixit.
