I lived in parkwood for about one year and I thought initially it was a good place, but things kept getting worse. For instance, there was a disturbed kid who always walked around the place and went into the dumpsters. He some how got into my building and would invite himself into my place while I was home (I told him to f*** off after he told me I looked pregnant.) The garbage disposal broke all the time and we used super glue to fix it. The middle window was broken for months and the maintenance man came to fix it, but it was still broken. The basements look like they came from a horror film, I had a bike stolen, the office lady was never in the office so many many things never got fixed around the place, my shower was broken, they messed up all of the front parking spaces for construction that WE NEVER KNEW WAS HAPPENING, and they just raised the price for the units which are too small for the money anyway(over 700$ for a 500sq ft studio with 3 windows on one wall!)

Don't move here!
