i lived here for 2yrs, and never really had any major problems. maintenance had a good turn around time for fixing any issues. most of the time it has been fairly quiet, it depends on who your neighbors are at the time (and these are apartments, ur living so close to everyone). the only complaint i would have, is the fact that they raised the rent everytime you renew the lease. after the 1st yr, the rent increased close to $100 per month. then they wanted to increase the rent for the 2nd yr another $80 per month. they claimed they had no control over how much the rent changed, but these are 1 bedroom apartments not a house and mortgage payment.
