Stony Brook Village in East Haven is horrible to live in. I have lived here now for 2 years and cannot wait to get out of the lease! The noise is horrible and as far and the management goes the office is just as bad. The management team does NOT speak the truth, they only speak of what you WANT to hear at the moment. The management office misleads you into believing that they will rectify the issues but they still remain! Maybe you are talking about the wrong Stony Brook in the wrong State but I am talking about the correct Stony Brook in East Haven, Connecticut. The apartments still continue to deteriorate at such a quick rate. Oh yes they will try to keep the outside appearance up by splashing paint every where but you need to look beyond and notice the chip painting, cracked walls, broken windows, horrible landscaping and an appalling laundry and what they call a work out room. First impressions ever lasting. At our cost of rent we should have a much NICER community room! Thing would be better if the management team at Stony Brook did not mislead the tenants and tell them what they wish to hear, but instead hold to their word and get rid of the trash in the complex. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
