The apartments are beautiful. The area is safe and secure. Never had a problem with safety or crime. The office staff is unwilling to help and untimely. The area is kept fairly clean at all times. The rent is OUTRAGEOUS. There is no reason that these apartments should be so expensive. They are not worth the money. They are nice but not worth what you pay for considering you are only in East Haven.
Rent is raised an alarming amount each year. I rented a 1bdrm w/den 1.5 bths, garage and I was paying $1005/mo. For that amount I could've been paying a mortgage. I lived there for 2 years and when I first moved in my rent was $875/mo. and in what is actually 1 year my rent was $1005. When I moved out my renewal for lease agreement was $1150!!!!!
