Fine place to live
I lived in Stony Brook Village May-August 2011 on a corporate lease. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and had a fairly good experience living here. The apartment complex is well taken care of, the maintenance guys are available and timelyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not a bad place, I miss it
Lived here for 9 months, and the only complaint i had was they are a little slow to get things fixed, but when they did come to fix things, they were fixed quickly and properly. otherwise the staff is very friendly, the apartment wasā¦Ā See More >kimber1683

Good enough.
We have a lower level unit so it is off the street which holds down the noise. We very rarely hear our neighbors. Private access is nice as well and there is a little grass area for the pups to potty. The sidewalksā¦Ā See More >missdasouth

I miss the SOUTH
Just moved up here from NC last month and it's been nothing but headaches trying to get any maintenance issues fixed. Once they get in and do the job it's ok, but I'm talking calling and hounding every week for a month to get myā¦Ā See More >StonySucks

I moved from another state and the website makes it seem like they're such good apartments when I moved it was the worst thing I've ever done. Everything kept breaking and it would take months to get fixed. My furniture had water damage from oneā¦Ā See More >bobbin68
