You must be a relative of the manager

Every year leases go up. With little or no fixed rates. I know several of the tenants in the community and each of our rents have gone up from $50-$150 each year. The place is overall ok. Nothing special for the young or old. The number one complaint that I have heard is that once you're in that is it. You would think that managment would attempt to retain good tenants with some type of promotion or perk. I never really understood that.
