we werein building 13 from July/04 to Oct/04, and were told never to set our air con below 70 or the unit would "freeze and we would have to pay to get it fixed". The apartment was nice alot of room and windows, the view was so so. The pool is shallow but the club house was nice. Our air con shut down in Aug, it was over 85 to 90 when we walked in, there is NO EMERGENCY service if there is a break. if they could come out by Fri ( the break was Weds) they would fix it if not we could PAY to get it fixed on the weekend or just wait until they got there! Friday it got fixed it was really low on freon. Beginning of Sept it quit, its done and never was repaired . The noise level was Huge screaming, yelling, banging and thumping anywhere. The apartment shook. The grounds were ok, trimmed but starting to look trashy in certain spots. We would not recommend this place due to the noise and no 24 hr emergency service. There were no visitor spots for parking anywhere near us as well. Curfew for teens and children did not exist they were out running and yelling late some nights till 10pm or after
