Lucy is an awful property manger and has no respect for anyone living in the complex. She is very rude and can't be bothered by anyone. The building's inside and out are falling apart.There was a car accident that happened in september that a underaged drunk driver drove a car into a persons apartment and caused severe damage to the frame holding the deck up. Nothing was done untill several weeks later. It was an unsafe matter that should have been taken care of promptly. The old property manger was great(Lori). The new propery manger has caused several people to move out because of her poor people skills and bad additude. It was a great place until they changed the management!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Wow.. It was actually my apt that the car crashed into. You seem to car more than I do about it. Lori was worse than Lucy. Lori left me without water or heat for 5 days in the middle of winter. Thats why she was fired, among other reasons.

Ack! I am relocating from Florida in 2 weeks. I have paid my $500 but haven't signed anything yet. Is this place truly SO horrible? Stacy seemed very accomodating, she met with me on short notice twice.

Too expensive with nothing included. Extremely poor property upkeeping as residents clean their own breezways. The apartments are nice but too small for price and the insides have the cheapest floors, paint, windows etc. Big mistake! The owners are to blame not Lucy. This place is making someone very rich off of hard working and decent people. Also, crime is prevalent as our cars are often vandalized. Leave Lucy out of it! She's small potatoes compared to the owner!!! It is cheaper to buy than rent here.
