I had previously written a review that reflected issues that I had felt were not taken care of properly. Since that review, all of the issues that had been posted have been resolved with quick and courteous service. I have to say honestly my opinion of the staff has changed for the better. I now feel that I have an open line of communication with the staff and that any future issues will be resolved promptly.
Yesterday there was an issue with the AC. Lucy had someone here within 2 hours (it may have been less I wasnt watching the clock) and within 15 mins they had the AC up and working.
