We moved in to Stonybrook Village in August of 2005, which was right after the new management took over. After reading some of the older reviews, it seems as though this was a change for the better. We had nothing but positive experiences at Stonybrook Village. Prior to moving in, I requested to see the apartment and made a detailed list of any minor things that needed to be fixed and replaced and gave this list to Lucy (the manager). Everything was taked care of by the time we moved in (or within a few days afterwards). The apartment was in great condition...they even gave us all brand new appliances! Whenever we had a maintenance request, it was fulfilled promptly and correctly. We lived in one of the units right by the entrance which I think was a good thing because we never had any loitering kids or excessive noise. The facilities were great too. We enjoyed the pool on many occasions and found it to be clean and never too crowded. The clubhouse is very nice too...I even hosted a bridal shower there! Overall we enjoyed our time at Stonybrook Village and will miss it. Good luck to future tenants.
