I was impressed at first but that quickly vanished. The cars are constantly being monitered by thieves, teens drive cars like nuts through the narrow roads, insulation is poor and management could care less if one had a crisis and had to pay rent once 2-3 days late. It's kind of tacky in a sense how good, clean, professional tenants are blinded by the scenery at first and then the $$$$$$$ hungry side comes out. Of course, we have to pay our rent but get a life, we all have times due to deaths, accidents, ill health or other unexpected events that force us to make the right decisions. Have a heart!
