I am moving in about two weeks from now...I am very sad to leave. I have to leave because of personal reasons. If not I would have stayed forever. I highly recommend Stony Brook Village. The grounds are spectacular as well as the playground, basketball court and pool. Everyone here including the tenants are very friendly. My apartment was shown today and I couldnt tell the prospective tenant enough good things about here. The building are very well insulated and to be honest I have never heard a neighbor whether it be below me or to either side. If you have any situation that needs attention. Lucy and Stacy jump right on it. Once again, I am very sad to leave and I wish there was another Stony Brook Village in the area that I moving because if there was I'd be there!

You must live somewhere different than the rest of us. I hear the shower upstairs and next door, every morning at 5/6am... every car that goes by, and by hell it's cold! And what is spectacular?? 15 year old decor, peeling, moldy, rotting, cracked, rusty...

Why is it that whenever someone has something good to say about any apartment, someone who dislikes the property accuses them of being management? Just a question-I don't have an opinion either way, just looking around at apartments for a military move- and no, I'm not management :)

These apartements are horrible I lived here and they dont fix nothing I hear pipes popping all night the grounds suck. You pay all this money for what. it took me two weeks to get a stove and 2 months for screens how crazy is that then they come to fix something and the next day its broken again. I would not recommend these condos to my worse emeny....
