When ---- left, we crossed our fingers the 'new management' would be an improvement... anything would be right' Boy were we wrong. The new girl "-----" is quite honestly the most dishonest and unprofessional person on the planet. This place has taken a drastic turn downhill, from a place that was quite poor to begin with. They fired the old maintenance staff who were great, the new guys never show up on time, it requires at least 5 calls to get anything done, and when they come they do 1 step at a time, a job that should take 15 minutes is dragged out over weeks! They have not painted the buildings this summer, rust and dirt are all over the place (yet all they do is plant more little flowers around the entrance), I'm even embarrassed to bring people over, they'd NEVER believe what we pay to live here. The floors in the bathrooms and kitchen are dented, moldy, and peeling... straight bleach won't even clean them! I cannot wait until my lease is up, I am seriously considering breaking once I get close to the end, it might be worth losing a few grand to get out of such a rat hole.

Are ----, Stacey and Bob still the ones running the complex? I had nothing but problems with them while we were living there. Bad experience. Would not recommend those apts to my worst enemy.
