Wow i must say this place sucks I lived her for about 4 months and they dont fix nothing the place is falling apart I need new windows doors and the list goes on. I dont understand you put in a work order for them to come a month later thats crazy. but your rent is due the first. I hear pipes popping and so much more. They should not charge this much for this dump I cant wait for my lease to be up to get the hell out of here.

I agree with you, It's not worht it. They also expect for you to give 2 months notice to vacate the apartment and will try to show your apartment while your still living in it. I fought with them numerous times about this and Gena was an ass about the issue. I moved out in May 08, I'm sure its worse now.

oh boy - I lived there for 3 yrs. and just packed up and left 6 months ago. I told the office there was a problem with the maint. guys and they didnt want to believe me. Well, looks like they are regretting not listening to me. From what I hear (bumped into several people that still live there) Lou, one of the maint. guys, is a big drug addict. One person tols me that someone with a red mustang is stealing (Lou's car) from apartments there without breaking in - anotherwards, using the keys to get in. Only the maint. guys/office have access to all keys. It's only going to get worse. Lou is a big time crack addict. The other two maint. guys don't know what they are doibg - they are drunks (trust me) move out asap if you can!
