 1 step above a slum lord. Does not believe in tenant rights. When tenants report plroblems or make complaints land lord threatens to evict the tenants. Stay away. may save a few dollars but not worth it.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
