The outside of the apartments could definately use some updating. They don't keep the grounds up on the riverside. I lived in a two bedroom and the rent was 875 the rooms are very large with ample closet space. We had spider problems/ carpenter bee Problems and ant problems non of which they would take care of. If you are afraid of or hate spiders don't live on the river side the windows and screens are so old (and they won't replace them) the bugs especially spiders get in. Some of my windows wouldn't close or lock on some days. The landlord puts on a real nice act when you first move in, but once he gets your money he forgets you exsist. Any time you call with a question or request he talks to you like you are bothering him and will even hem and haw while on the phone with you and doesn't take care of anything he is barely ever at the office. The people that live here are very mixed and not very high class I am guessing they allow section 8 here but I never had a problem with anyone. And yes Parking can be a problem we usually had to park on the rocks up on the curb or in the next lot over. The outside could use some extra lights just for safety reasons. But the view of the river can be quite relaxing especially when the sun sets. But in the winter good thing the heat is free because the slider door in the living room lets all the cold air in so bundle up. Another plus about these apartments is the private entrance which is nice. But in the winter the wind comes barreling down the river and in some entrance areas it is like a wind tunnel so be careful of your doors slamming around and your stuff blowing all over the place. Overall I loved my apartment and its view, not the landlord and the issues I have mentioned above.
