I had a noise issue with my neighbor upstairs (loud music, creaking floors, kids jumping, people coming and going at all hours of the night, etc). I called management repeatedly about it. All they did was call the neighbor and take his/her side of the story and come back to me with it. They did nothing to stop it and at one point, had the audacity to suggest "earplugs" to block the noise. If i choose to move out because of the noise, i will have to pay the "lease break" fee (1 months rent) and forfeit my security deposit.
These apartments are "WAY OVERPRICED" for their condition and management is inattentive to residents issues and unavailable most of the time.
Looks someplace else.

We have a two bed room. It's nice and spacey. But the floors are creaky and paper thin... Our neihbors blast there tv very often and there stompy. great river view.
