noisy at times. creaky low ceilings... Great river view. back porch is moldy green looking, inside is flawless. great looking apartment. Nice neihbor hood. some great neihbors. great pool. new management keeps it clean and grass is always freshly mowed... Big field to play baseball in. Decent apartment
