Nice place to live in - I lived in Wyndwood Apartments for 2 years and it was a very pleasant experience. Kathy the manager is a good lady and has been very helpful always. loud noisy at times. creaky low ceilings... Great river view. back porch is moldy green looking, inside is flawless. great looking apartment. Nice neihbor hood. some great neihbors. great pool. new management keeps it clean and grass is always freshly mowed... Big field to play baseball in.

its an excellent apts I am indian and lived there for one year with my wife. Its really cool apartments and the apt manager Kathy is very professional and extreamly help full. lot of indian community live there . Only limitation is they don't allow dish network and no zym is there .

Stay AWAY 1 step above a slum lord. Does not believe in tenant rights. When tenants report plroblems or make complaints land lord threatens to evict the tenants. Stay away. may save a few dollars but not worth it.
