its an excellent apts I am indian and lived there for one year with my wife. Its really cool apartments and the apt manager Kathy is very professional and extreamly help full. lot of indian community live there . Only limitation is they don't allow dish network and no zym is there .

Stay AWAY 1 step above a slum lord. Does not believe in tenant rights. When tenants report plroblems or make complaints land lord threatens to evict the tenants. Stay away. may save a few dollars but not worth it.

Horriable I used to love it here I was in a studio on the river everything was great until my ceiling started to collect mold and they would refuse to take care of the pipe leaking. I ended up moving to another apt on the riverside when my lease was up and its alittle better but lots of spiders
