we rented a one bedroom flat aparment at cornfield. i thought the rent was resonable. we liked the front and rear doors, rear patio and small private "yard". the grounds were very well manicured and maintenace was promt with repairs. the bay window was nice and so was the full basement, which had one episode of water in it in 3 years. the apartment was very well soundproofed compared to other places i have lived. the city water bill was a pain and the electric heat was a bit high inthe winter months.
