I recently purchased my first home, but prior to that, have lived in Cornfield Apartments for 9 years.
I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a well kept/well maintained apartment at a fair/reasonable price.
I have always been treated fair and kindly by the management/rental office, they are two wonderful people. The maintenance staff has always reacted to an emergency right away. Standard service calls are answered/acted on within 24 hours.

I can agree with the person who wrote the last posting about the walls. I did have one neighbor who was a bit noisey, but when I spoke to her about it, everything was fine after that.

One small downside is the parking "game" during snow days. The management asks you park in the middle to unassigned spots and leave your asigned spot empty. This gets a bit cumbersome as by the time I get out of work, all of the spare spots in the middle are taken. Thus I'm forced to park in my space and keep an eye/ear out for when the plows come...that becomes tedious by the end of the winter. But on the plus side, the company they hire to do the snow removal are good and quick, which is nice.

All in all....if you're looking for a a modest apartment (at an affordable price) in a very nice/safe area, then I highly recommend Cornfield Apartments.
