We are about to enter our third year here in our one-bedroom apartment. Cornfield has been such a good fit for us that we've been reluctant to leave!

PROS: Very quiet, very well kept. Most folks keep to themselves but there are plenty of smiling & friendly neighbors, too. The management and maintenence staff are great. We've had zero problems with the apartment, and really love the TONS of storage space in our baseement. We enjoy playing tennis regularly in the summer months, and are looking forward to another nice year here at Cornfield.

CONS: Speedbumps, but that's me just being picky. Wish we had a pool... Also, some community "block party" type events in the summer would be wonderful.
