Worth Every Penny!

I am a current resident and chose to renew my lease. Santini builders constructed this complex with the same attention to detail you'd expect in a condo. The brand new clubhouse/pool/workout area is gorgeous. There is always plenty of parking; the folks living and working here are friendly; it's safe, quiet, clean, peaceful... If you're at all interested, I'd really encourage you to come check it out. (If you come while they're still building, don't let that scare you off. I've never had to worry about driving over a nail, or enduring loud construction noises.) What I saw on the tour was what I saw when I moved in. There were no "surprises" after they had my money. Also, I know that some people consider Ellington to be "in the boonies", but I work in Hartford and can make it door-to-door in less than half an hour. Plus, it's nice to come relax in such a scenic community after spending the day in the city. Finally, I know it may seem a bit more expensive up front, but once you factor in things that come standard here(like an attached, oversized garage and a full basement for storage)that you would have to pay extra money for elsewhere, if they offer them at all, the cost evens out. I've lived in several apartment homes in CT and can honestly say that Deer Valley is the best in every regard.
