Don't move Here!

We lived here less than a year and it really sucks! We have had nothing but problems since we moved in! The guy downstairs is always yelling at his wife, maintenance is terrible and the general upkeep is poor, they are more concentrated on their other properties,i.e. autumn chase and hockanum crossing. The rent is ridiculous for a 600 sq. foot 2 room apt with carpeted kitchen and bathroom and only 2 windows makes it stuffy especially when cranks don't work-695/ month for rent and hot water is not included. They don't allow pets yet our hallway smells of dog urine and we hear dogs barking. The maintenance is also very intrusive and it takes forever to fix something, we moved in and it took them 3 weeks to fix some stuff and they finally came while we were away and it was still not fixed when we returned. I don't know what they did here b/c all our belongings were out of the cabinets sitting on the counter-they couldn't even put it back where they got it! It is just not worth the money and definately look around a lot before you even think of coming here!

This complex is infested with rat. In the summertime, they creep underneath your door and inter your home. They also increase the rent once a year; bring up the cost on such a small apartment.

I loved the windows there....the back windows are GIANT, and the front window is a big picture window style...if you open them both up the circulation was nothing like described by this review...it was like an air tunnel, you could air the apt. in like 5 minutes.
The rodent problem seemed to be true, although I never saw any nor did we have problems with any. They were aware and addressing the issue though asking poeple not to throw food outside for birds...maybe thats why there are rodent problems. I would guess more field mice issues than rats know the area.
I don't remember the sq. ft. numbers off hand, but 600s.f. sounds like an exageration in the wrong direction. My current place is 660s.f. and apple seed seemed a lot bigger. I think it was more in the 750 range.
