The apts at Meadowbrook are decent apts as long as the price does not go up anymore because there are ALOT of nicer apts in Ellington for the same price range . They do need more maintenance. The laundry rooms are dirty, alot of missing lights (both in the basements and on the outside of the buildings), the entry way and parking lots are in much need of repair, the snow removal is aweful in the winter time so be prepared to shovel yourself, there is mold in the basements, and alot of standing water. Karen the Property Mgr is nice but she does tend to tell everyone everything. I know more about my neighbors then their families, so if you don't want anyone to know don't tell her, otherwise she is nice. The other one Gloria, shes a mean old one. Why they ever have someone with her disposition answering phones and working in an office is beyond me. They must either be desparate or she is just cheap help. She is the most unfriendly person I ever met.
