While I would agree somewhat with the person complaining about paper thin floors, I have not had the experiences he/she had. I have lived in my apartment for almost 5 years and have not had many complaints at all. Yes, you can hear your neighbors occasionally but nothing like the other person claimed. However, my wife and I have lived on the top floor so maybe living downstairs is different. We have had three different downstairs neighbors and none have complained about us being too loud. In fact, one couple had a newborn baby and only once or twice did I hear the baby crying.
The staff is great for any type of maintenance call. The parking lot is always plowed first thing in the morning during snowstorms. I really have absolutely no complaints about living here. I would completely recommend it.
