Ahh, I pretty much cried the day I left my apartment in this place. Not because I was sad, but because I was finally free of the neighbor from hell. Don't rent Apartment 15, you will regret it. The man downstairs is a complete shithead. He blasts music all the time. His children run around smashing the walls all the time. He plays his television at movie theater volume. Why does somebody have loudspeakers in an apartment' Rental office did nothing about the problem.
Lovely apartment though. Very well-maintained. Pretty surroundings. Close to shopping. Great apartment, except it was all ruined by the neighbor from hell who resides below Apartment 15. Pick any other apartment here and you won't have to deal with this total loser.
