I was optimistic about moving into a "quiet" environment. It turned into a nightmare. Parking is horrible. If there even is a spot the other tenants don t want people to park next to them so they park sideways. I have dents and dings on my cars from people carelessly opening their doors into the cars next to them. So I started parking on the grass. Now I have made many calls to the management office and they never answer their phone. If I leave a message about roommate information, to call about noise complaints or about NOT shoveling, I never get a call back. I also believe they screen their calls. If you leave a message don't expect a call back. But as soon as they saw us parking on the grass they told us that our cars will get towed at our expense if we park on the grass. But if we have a complaint they just ignore it. Also they charge different amounts monthly to apartments of the same size. I pay $650 and my friend pays $700. The apartments themselves are not that nice either. They didn't clean the carpets before I moved in so it smelled like urine. The walls are so thin the person underneath me sneezed and I said "bless you" thinking it was my roommate. My neighbor has children and I hear her baby crying all night. I strongly suggest you do not move into these apartments. If I could I would move out.
