Great little place - Pinney Hill apartments are a great place for one person. The apartment is large in size especially the living areas and offers great appliances in the kitchen. Not a Bad Apartment Complex Lived there for 12 years. Enjoyed most of my neighbors. Most are long term renters.
Biggest problem was with the laundry service who finally replaced the older coin-operated machines with newer ones. However, they raised the cost of a load!

Good place! I moved out in April of 2006 and I have to say it was very nice here. Clean, overall very quiet, any repair requests were taken care of immediately. Snow removal was very good. Laundry facilities were good. Storage space was EXCELLENT. Very huge.
