Cornfield Apartments - I recommend highly - I recently purchased my first home, but prior to that, have lived in Cornfield Apartments for ~9 years. nice community - I read the bad review, but it sounds like problems you could end upw ith anyplace. My experience living there was pretty good. We never had any problems with neighbors at all or noise. ...Full review of Johnny Appleseed Apartments

Better than most - It's about as much space as a small house, actually it feels like a small house and mortgage. It's a beautiful area and seemingly safe community. You not only pay the rent you have to pay for water, natural gas, and electricity. The only thing missing is the sewer bill. Look to spend about 22 to 25 thousand a year total with utilities for a small 2 bedroom. The unit is ...Full review of Deer Valley Townhomes

-Anonymous- says: Not a Bad Apartment Complex Lived there for 12 years. Enjoyed most of my neighbors. Most are long term renters.

Biggest problem was with the laundry service who finally replaced the older coin-operated machines with newer ones. However, they raised the cost of a load!
