I lived in Bigelow for a few years, and no matter how much they raised the rent, nothing got better. Where the hell did the money go'' The apartments are beautiful...looking...but nothing ever works inside! The place is overrun with large sometimes deadly spiders and an assortment odf other bugs...you can't even open the windows! The employees are rude, maintenance never does anything, they don't plow the parking lots when it snows, but if a tenant is having a party...you can be sure to find the entire staff near the bar. There is NO insulation...you can literally see outside through the holes and gaps in the brickwork...not to mention the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing...and I mean everything! No one wants to answer questions at the office, and then they riddicule you for asking again. The neighborhood is SCARY! My first week here someone got shot across the street. There is no security...the boast security cameras...but the wires are all disconnected and hanging out of them! Neighborhood kids like to hang out in the parking lots at night yelling and screaming and trashing the cars...but does management care' NO! DO NOT MOVE INTO BIGELOW COMMONS! It will be the worst mistake you will ever make...and it costs $1000 to break the lease...which after living here for a week is worth it!
