It is true that the apartments are huge and unique and the common areas are beautiful. However, management is about as inept and unhelpful as anyplace you'll find. They're about as genuine as the property manager's cubic zirconia and care about one thing: cash money. If you have plenty of money to burn you'll love living there. If you desire return on your investment in the form of prompt response to maintenance requests and being treated as a human being by management, then stay far away from this temptation.
