this is a great place to live. the staff is very friendly and very efficient - if you have a problem in apt (ie drain malfunction) it is fixed same day.
the pools and outdoor grills and tennis courts are great addition! very close to the highway, very convenient to get to baystate hospital. the only thing that could use a little work is the gym.
